Don't let me go I need you....... Pick me up and hold me in your arms Talk to me and help me to be calm My mind is racing, going round in circles Never quiet, hurting, Feeding all my demons Giving them their ammo to destroy me I can't take this I'm so tired now, I'm totally exhausted Pick me up and hold me 'till I'm calm Talk to me and hold me in your arms Reassurance, it's all that I'm asking Need big love now, hug me Hold me tighter, harder, They're pulling me every direction I can't take this I'm so tired now, I'm totally exhausted They are close now I can feel them taunting I can sense them getting nearer to me Breathing down my neck now need to fight now Total panic, manic Frightened getting frantic Sweat is dripping off my back now I can't take this I'm so tired now, I'm totally exhausted Pick me up and hold me in your arms Talk to me and help me to be calm It's in my head now My heart is thumping Smell and taste around me I don't see your face now. Shaking so hard I feel so ill I can't take this I'm so tired now, I'm totally exhausted Pick me up and hold me 'till I'm calm Talk to me and hold me in your arms I'm terrified now he's throwing venom Aiming at my soul now I let out a howl now Pain is all about me and I fall I can't take this I'm so tired now, totally exhausted Pick me up and hold me he is gone Talk to me and hold me in your arms My body feels like it has hit a wall now My head is pounding now My heart is bursting I can barely move now he's left me I can't take this I'm so tired now, totally exhausted...............
