Death, Where Are You
DEATH, WHERE ARE YOU
It is appointed unto man once to die
It is our destiny, yet many wonder why
All alone and forsaken, we begin to cry
Death, where are you
For death to appear to take me away
I must look toward that coming day
Thus I assure myself, don't go astray
Death, where are you
When death shall finally open the door
And life on earth shall be no more
We will then end up on Heaven's shore
Death, where are you
Breathless, filled with emotions, we wait
Death will come for me, there is no debate
To take me to my home beyond the pearly gate
Death, where are you
