My pet cats from the precious list never perish…
They are the first animals I did touch with care
Where I got my first lesson about beast*-welfare.
When blissful play times engulfed our children-moments
And sometimes, we would delay hygienic engagements

Which Bible study taught me with wisdom’s winning
Such is to be circumspect, cautious with prudence
As cats do… to stay victorious midst foes’ offense.
