Fallen Flower Opal gardenia pricked by a thorn fell from pure breast in amber morn to land in a briar far from the norm and have its milky garment torn leaving a heart all forlorn itself to blame in angry scorn for losing the palace it adorned. 7/8/17

I agree w/all of the other talented poetesses/poets ... this is poetic excellence. The rhyming is exquisitely expressive. Wonderful poem. Love the last line ... it has visual power. Love and joy always.
