Blessing-Showers
Basking under heavenly rays’ pleasure
Unmindful of distress-scorching attacks
Welcoming great blessing-showers' treasure…
Flower gardens rejoice for bounty-packs
Quenched from thirst, sufficed along parched tracks---
Offering praises*, swayed by faith delight
Oblivious of thunder’s deterring knacks
Blissfully awaiting blossoms midst blight---
Showcasing life’s grandeur thru the Creator’s might!
*Psalm 47:6 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
