Blessed on Sunday
Best day for me to celebrate
My palms outstretched
Early morning praise to the Lord
My hot pink hat
Proclaims to all it’s my birthday
My family
Cooks up chicken fried rice and cake
Blowing kisses
The candlelight grooves with my breath
I receive calls
And facebook messages from all
The perfect day,
The night’s still young — there is more fun
A late dinner
And my birthday month’s just begun!
