Black and White Heart
Black and white heart
I see you, and you see me
but, what is it really that you see?
Black skin-black heart
White skin-white heart
Can you see beyond the superficial?
Can you see without eyes prejudicial?
Did you know, the human heart does not have a skin?
Its not black or white, it's who we are deep within!
Looking deep inside, the black and white fades from view.
Can you see the real me, can I see the real you?
If your seeing red, that's where it all starts
Because love is the true color, of a human heart!
A black or white heart does not really exist,
except for in the corrupted mind of a racist!
Can you see beyond the black and white?
Can you see the real me, that lives deep inside?
