Birth

I am so very blessed, just to have been born. From my Mother’s womb, I could have been easily shorn. But like all poets here, our Mothers gave us life! We all caused them both great joy and no doubt, some strife! We did not come from a daisy, nor a rainbow, neither a stone. But from parents, their very blood, flesh and bone. This is a salute to all mothers, for our very existence . It’s my gratitude for my birth, that fills me with joy and confidence! Thank you, Mom, for my body and God filled soul. To one day be reunited in heaven with you, is my cherished goal! 11/19/2022

LOL, Stephan. I am not running! That’s a game for people with strong egos. I am not one for that tooth, nail, and destructive fighting. Friends stab you in back. It’s vicious….any woman who has one or more children,,,Bless them.Pangie they are leaders.

Hi Gershon! Yes, right on..it has implications. People are watered like plants to believe babies are problems?? The joy of being a mother isincompable. Later, when one is a grandmother, the joy quadruples. Yes, the attitude of gratitude, Pangie instead of the phobia of fear—-spread by Big Brother. Thank you. Pangie

Dearest Anne Nicicole, Condolences on your heartbreaking loss! Your Mother lives on in your writing, she raised a daughter whose soul smiles and comforts us!! I miss my Mother also, she was lighthearted and good to so many people! And thank you for the positive words on the poem! * Pangie’*
