Betrayal
Hold this heart's chalice filled with passion's pain
With crooked hands now clenched in your dark mind
Its wormwood brew drips a bile that will stain
Let spill and wash the earthen floor of time
Quickly flee from this dung lit world of shade
And seek new silver empty cups to fill
From pouring fountains your eyes have made
That always search beyond the farthest hill
Its where I lost your love forevermore
Drift away to dark as the setting sun
Flee this love like shadows its light abhor
Pierce my beating heart, darkness has begun
A crumbled love lays dying in torn heart
Beneath false joy you let your love impart
