Before Judgment Rolls the Dice
How much better could we see
With a new ability
If we could enter someone’s mind
Just what answers might we find
Understanding, there’s no doubt
Of what one’s life is all about
The reasons why a person might
Feel the need to up and fight
Or knowing why the tears may flow
The hurt and pain that we could know
Perhaps, a burden could be shared
If someone knew, if someone cared
Maybe then, we would think twice
Before judgment rolls the dice
