Bees Betrayed

Bees Betrayed

With their delicate antennas, they smell the nectar
In the sky they make a wave to deter any vectors

Other pollinators like butterflies, birds and the breeze
Are nothing compared to the masters, the bees

Without them we would have little to eat
After you read this, honey won't be a treat

They make honey from the nectar they collect
It's their winter food for when it's cold and wet

They work hard for their honey
Then we steal it for money

Our pesticides, to name one, are killing their colonizations
Oh,
how we humans,
show our appreciation
