Back In the 70's

BACK IN THE 70’S I remember back in the early 70’s singing my songs of peace Wishing that all the fighting in this horrid world, would cease The flower people brought peace; whilst the other side dying What have we really learned as all world leaders still out lying Nothing changed, we never learned, yet; we still sing in hope We may have changed our style of clothes, as dropped dope But; we still need the hearts inside ourselves to keep singing As we as wired caged birds trapped, need a sense of winning Indiana Shaw . . .

Hello Indiana … no, nothing has changed nor will until our brave politicians lead the charge into battle. They’ll attack the protesters at home who plead for peace - thanks Indiana - Lindsay
