As the World Gets Older
As the world gets older,
We must be very careful,
Forgetting not what God
Has done for the chosen people.
He has forgiven our iniquities,
Healing our souls from sin;
We are crowned with mercy
And compassion deep within.
How much more is accomplished
By the precious blood of Christ;
Our conscience is cleansed,
To serve the Father free of lies.
The Church built by Christ
Has benefited from redemption;
This is the chance given by God,
For man to evade destruction.
The invaluable election is done
Through God's last messenger;
The believers are so fortunate,
Receiving blessings from the Father.
We must have high integrity,
Along with our true faith;
We are taught inside the temple
With the words of God so great.
The message of truth is enough
To keep our godliness aglow;
Endure to fight the devil,
To triumph today and tomorrow.
Keep this grace in our mind,
The past we must not remember;
Aim at what lies ahead,
As the world gets older.
