~Another Day Again~ ( Pantoum ) Another day has flown by again And then the night approaches fast Bringing to me sweet dreams of you As I watch the moon and stars at last And then the night approaches fast And here in my heart I always have you As I watch the moon and stars at last I just wish that you were here with me And then the night approaches fast Bringing to me sweet dreams of you As I watch the moon and stars at last Your face is the only thing I see And then the night approaches fast Bringing to me sweet dreams of you As I watch the moon and stars at last Another day has flown by again. August.15.2017 “Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” - Mark Twain- ~Author's Notes: The " Pantoum " poetry form or style, originated in France, based on a form from Malaya. The Pantoum's name and form derive from the Malayan pantun. Historically, the Pantoum became popular in Europe and later North America in the nineteeth and especially the twentieth century. The Pantoum tradition as a poem first appeared in France, in the work of Ernest Fouinet in the nineteenth century. Victor Hugo and Charles Baudelaire made the form fashionable.
