'a Year From Now'

I hope my voice stir you in that place where you barricade all that is you I hope that my touch might awaken the parts of you left dormant I hope that the moments in my presence means that we are creating memories I hope that in a year from now you will remember my voice I hope that in a year from now you will remember my touch I hope that in a year from now we will still be making memories

The repetitive use of the phrase "I Hope", strengthens the message of this poem and captures the anxiety of being in doubt as a nagging unresolved feeling. This use of repetition is successful in this application and sets the mood for this poem. Emile.
