Between you and me there’s a secret we share,
A chapter we don’t read aloud,
Our moment in time we keep to ourselves,
That we push deep into the ground,
And we both deny any knowledge at all,
While inside we both share a smile,
A smile of the secret we both hold to tight,
Our secret most insanely wild,
Of the moments enjoyed, the glance through the door,
The moments of just me and you,
The moments of one we shared with each other,
Our fumblingly clumsy taboo,
Between you and me I love our secret,
Our forbidden tightrope we once danced,
Every moment still lives inside my small mind,
Each moment of our secretive past.
