They share a moment on the phone Talking about all that they’ve done Words reverberate inside their minds Revealing the many ways they’ve changed They talk to each other about memories Times when they’ve spent with each other Welcoming old feelings that were past Yet still come around ever so frequently They tell each other what they’re doing now Today’s works and wonders in a sentence Too much imagination and they’ll reveal truth About how many times they’ve remembered They speak of the hard times they’ve known Regrets that came knocking at their door Little ideas that might possibly help them To recall all the feelings that once held them They end up talking longer than they meant to Telling each other about all they’ve been through And reaching out to a heart that is steady and true Reminding them both it’s last call for lonely hearts "for contest LAST CALL FOR LONELY HEARTS – COLLABORATION sponsored by Line Gauthier

They seem to be trying hard to not get off the phone; trying to get the last little bit of love and affection through that phone line. I remember these days.
