Talk to Him.
Tell Him everything.
First bring Him your praise and then bring Him your petitions.
Good Morning, Lord.
Thank You for this day.
Let me spend this day with You;
At work and e'en at play.
Be my close companion, Lord,
And not just for today,
But keep Thee close beside me,
That I won't lose my way.
I am weak and often find,
I'm tempted Lord, to stray;
To do things that displease You,
And make You turn away.
I don't wish to be embarrassed,
Whene'er You look at me.
Cleanse me Lord, of sin and shame,
That I may be set free;
Free from anger, hate and lust,
From greed and jealousy,
That I will be found pleasing,
Whene'er You look at me.
Remove from deep within my heart,
The fear residing there,
That I may walk with head held high,
And never have a care;
For You, My Lord, are judge of all,
And You know me far better,
Than anyone can know me, Lord.
Twas You who cut my fetters.
Now let Your angel guard me,
And guide me straight to You,
And let the trail I leave behind,
To be found straight and true.
I wish to be Thy servant.
I wish to serve none other.
Show me how to do this best,
And help me teach my brothers.
