A Moment In Time

The scent was oh so pure. It captured me to float and breathe. It lingered for a time. then drifted on. I got her to come and breathe in its purity. I mentioned that now was the moment to enjoy it. But she forgot to be present now. The past crept in and in that moment enjoyment was forgotten.
