A mom is someone special, a mom is someone kind When you’ve had a bad day, she knows what’s on your mind. When you’re not feeling well and you feel like crap She always comes with open arms and a space for you in her lap. She doesn’t ask what’s going on until you’ve cried it all out Then she tells of her experiences and what it’s about. She wipes your tears away then kisses your cheek Never have I met someone so kind and meek. God knew that I needed you And I think that you needed me too. Your heart is strong, your hands are soft They are so warm and comfy like a pillowy loft. Your hands work hard and serve the Lord And for that He will reward.
