"a Christmas Card!"
Unwrapping this lovely box of once colourful and bright?!
So meticulously adorned; sculpted, throughout the ages of time
Only to find, hollow and empty, its promising dreams inside....
The grand fiasco of fantasias moments presented
This self-fulfilling delusion, standing before their eyes!?
Looking for love in all the wrong places; hopeless brides
These ribbons and bows dipped in, tomorrows, crimsons ties
Goddesses and gods, running out of tinsels glittering tides....
Genus trees; and all, was not what it seemed?!
To bleed these tears; the final chapters greatest of regrets
When one finds, the light beyond the mirage; a verse realized
No Santas; no reindeers; no toys and no smiles; just, goodbyes
Love, as empty as the ocean now; this box, once so bright!?
Eternals gift, of hate, doubt and spite; the wrappings of
Such falling....
