A Burning Giraffe
Whatever was going through your mind, Salvador?
A burning giraffe has been depicted in your works before.
We have witnessed it twice, three times, or more.
If you were alive today, could we search inside your mind?
Whatever may be the underlying cause we might find?
The perpetrator may be an unresolved conflict of some kind.
What made you paint them? We will never know.
From our ubiquitous mortal existence you would go.
