A Bleeding Tear

Alone I Rest In Twilight Calm
I Leave, A Whisper.. A Memory.. A Song..
Beneath soft boughs pale leaves of Autumn's death
Surrounding her etched headstone
Tumble through a pale moon
Like a dried riverbed bed of lifeless breath
A thirsting hunger taking its final toll
And now the bitter truth cries within my soul
As a memory of her beauty falls to death
autumn waves goodbye
cold wind blowing through the trees
lavender skies fade
in a worn leather journal
words etched with a bleeding tear
