A Bird Unknown
A Bird Unknown.
He walks alone
A path it seems that’s rarely understood
A bird unknown
And many would declare he is no good
Detachment strongly marked within his air
For foolish things he really has no care.
He be no Christian
Nor Buddhist, nor a Moslem nor a Jew
But hear his wisdom
Then you may learn some things you always knew
Within the murky swamp the Lotus grows
From the mud there comes the beauty of a rose.
He marches to the rhythm of an unknown drum
And he often seems to wander from the crowd
And often with the words he says he causes such a hum
It maybe that his message is too loud.
