A Thief

A thief was released from a jail, His effort to remain in jail, was a fail. The night was cold and he had no place to stay, He wandered here & there to find a way. He threw stones to break glass pane of a shop, He hoped shopkeeper would hand him over to a cop. Shopkeeper considered him crazy , looked the other way, He became desperate to find an immediate way. Near Police station , he tried to tease young girl, He was sure to find his place , behind the jail wall. Girl neglected him , considering him lunatic, His all plans failed, didn't meet success automatic. Near the church sound of bell reminded, his childhood, He remembered his mother, sister Jane & father Larwood. He repented for his misdeeds, was ready to join church, Cop caught him from back , dragged him jail on an hunch.
