        When hate tries to uproot
        the seed love has planted,

it stays deeply embedded in the soil;
         growing and flourishing.

    When hate engenders drought,
              love falls like rain

       The panacea to hate is love.

Hate is so dangerous. I read a book once called "You cannot afford the luxury of a negative thought". Best book ever! This poem reminded me of that.
