A Baby was laid in a manger,  brightest star in the East directed the wise men to the humble stable...  our saviour had arrived, we celebrate  underneath a gleaming sky, an aura of total devotion, illuminate our life!  Fortunate earth… pray to our Lord.. from darkness liberate mankind!  Christmas unfolds all nostalgic memories, Happiness and mirth from childhood, recollections of every joyful moment stir alembicated emotions... incandescent luminous snowflakes dazzling on evergreens like silver ornaments,  Treasure of family and friends - laughter and love,  visions everlasting around the fire,  wrapped gifts, bells, and jingles,  scintillating tree  Star of Bethelhem shines on the top! Just lovely dear Mala. You have beautifully blended in your two stanzas the wonder of the Christmas story and the wonder of our celebration of Christmas today ending with "the Star of Bethlehem" that brings everything together. Wonderfully done. Congratulations! Sending you all the blessings of this holy season dear friend and a big hug!

This brings Christmas to life! The nostalgia definitely as it reminds me of past Christmases around my grandparents home. Thank you for sharing this warm thought, this gift to God's caring nature, and the light instilled in those of us who carry that Manger scene in heart. God Bless and hope your Christmas is nothing short of magical. .

Yes, Dear Anne-Lise - Christmas brings childhood memories. My mother used to make mine and my sister's dresses too! Those were the days never to be forgotten! Hugs ~ Mala
