Call For Change

Coming like a violent storm, Most unaware of crippling foe, Ominous charge is taking form, Indicting nation’s moral woes. Many have become rogue and wild, Blind to subtle social changes, Dull to enemy’s evil wiles, Naïve to immoral binges. Stressed out by our culture’s ills, Misguided by bureaucrat’s vow, Duped by sharp marketing skills, Depending on NASDAQ or the Dow. Day has dawned to draw the line, With full trust and integrity, Work as one for right in our time, To end hatred and bigotry. Waft a message and not refrain, In midst of a silver lining, Judgment is framed by hope’s change, Repentance brings Land’s refining.
