Body Mind Spirit

Our bodies respond to our thoughts, Cultivated in our minds. Sending out positive thoughts,' Magnetically attract positive things Across the energy fields in the environment. The mind, mostly made up of thoughts, Is personal, private and often public. With it we think through situations, And find answers to questions about life. Spirit, built up from the characteristics And personality and strong will inside; ‘Fight off’ negativities and propel us Through ‘hard times.’ The body is seen and felt, and so is material. The mind and spirit are abstract in form. They all constructively work - body, mind, spirit; To holistically create, the total whole that’s man Not writing on Gen. 1:26 According to my Herbal Instructor, Body is the physical man Mind deals with the emotional, mental and the environment, Spirit deals with what ever a man believes in. That is, what keeps him going. All three - Body, Mind, Spirit as the last line of the last stanza says Holistically combine to depict the totality of human kind who was created a Living Soul. Society has taken on these three; -Healthy body in healthcare -Mental health for the mind -Spirit is fed by Religion -or a passion for Anything such as POETRY!
