A Nation Divided

A nation divided, it’s people torn Mothers and widows grieve and mourn It doesn’t matter if they wore blue or gray They were sons and husbands on that battlefield today It’s not who lost or won We must unite our nation and make it again one All here who fought and died today Will always be heroes not just for today
