The Hour Glass of Time
Wax and polish shinning;
Offering up a hand
On beggars banquet dinning;
They danced through magic land
And on the isle of magic trances;
With songs heard in the breeze
You can spot the ghostly glances;
Of-wishers on their knees
Failed hearts and pinning;
Those self-inflected brands;
There’s seldom silver lining’s
In the glass that spills the sand
