Enter Poem or Quote (Required) Poetry Is Poetry is...Pen meeting paper needing nothing greater...whether blue ink or black I shoot words that I think to reveal my real feelings..and my expression on how I feel about my surrounding society, which may inspire me to write another verse to co-hearse my life expression...Poetry is my learning drug free substance lesson...I know these words so well in my mind so movement in work mode my Pen keeps seeming to find...my best friend is my Pen..whose blood drips that blue or black ink so that my mind could purge the words that my eyes blink that I splurge onto this sheet of paper out through its physique which my finger tips grips...closer to a delusional end...where I lose either or more of what I don't have...less of what I do...eyes opening to the old patterns seems never new...same things different day...same meaning...different way to say...same game of play...hey I need a change in things and life is getting strange...so I start shooting these words from my mind frame range...I seem deranged...delusional...living in this illusional world...no one cares...nightmares are turning my wishes into a dream...ignorance is bliss...but to me that's what Poetry is By: Peter DeSpirito
