It Is Finished
“It Is Finished” Written: by Miracle Man 3-19-2019 Predestined to atone HE was given extreme unction, And in the shadow of the cross HE was draped. Jesus was a sacrifice, Virgin born, for this function, HE became restitution for the sins we escaped. Divine love, unparalleled, kept HIM on the cross, We became empowered by what Jesus endured. Our sin, no longer, needed be our albatross, HE suffered there until salvation was secured. Jesus’ time on earth was lived as both God and man, Motivated by love HE’S now our Heavenly host. At the cross, came the end to Jesus’ earthly life span, When HE said “It is finished” and gave up the ghost.* * John 19:30 K J V When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, HE said, “It is finished”: and HE bowed HIS head and gave up the ghost.
