Poem
Mama told ME, “When things get HARD, Place all of your faith in GOD. Never worry, everything will be ALRIGHT. Nothing in life comes without a constant FIGHT. Sometimes you must actually go left to end up RIGHT. Sometimes your bright days will quickly change into dark NIGHTS. You have to know yourself before you can know your WIFE. Never loose your focus and get caught up in this world’s HYPE. Always remember you are healed by His STRIPES.” Remember my son nothing in life comes with constant FIGHT. Sometimes you must go left to end up RIGHT!” Mama told ME, “Son life isn’t always fair or even that NICE. You are the color of DIRT. There is nothing you can DO, to make yourself the color of RICE. You have the heart of a tiger, but you fight with your PRIDE. You are blessed with the knowledge to give great ADVICE.” “But never forget, nothing in life comes without a constant FIGHT. Sometimes you must go left to end up RIGHT!” Mama told ME, “Everything is not what it appears to BE. Many people scheme to SEE, if the other side grass actually GREENER, or is a perfect relationship, only for a perfect DREAMER!” “Remember my son, nothing in life comes without a constant FIGHT. Sometimes you must go left to end up RIGHT!” Mama told ME, “Be careful what you SAY, Sometimes the devil comes when we PRAY. Because he to wants you to have “happy DAYS” “He does make sure his elite followers are OKAY” But son even in the midst of the storms all is well in Jesus CHRIST! Then she said the road will never be easy.“ “But the battles are won with a constant FIGHT. Sometimes you must go left to end up RIGHT!” Mama told me many lessons of LIFE And I remember those words at times when one must go LEFT. Daily, trying while constantly praying to do and go RIGHT. It is a harder not only living but being black, and not WHITE. Like God and Satan, sometimes my pen and paper constantly FIGHTS. When the devil comes and I feel God isn’t LISTENING. I remember the words “ Mama told ME, “The battles are won with a constant FIGHT. Sometimes you must go left to end up RIGHT!”
