Poem

It’s all flashing before my eyes
I can’t see clearly because of the tears in my eyes
He breathes on my neck, causing my skin to crawl
speechless, at what I see the reflection of 
the man myself, it’s me Shhhhhh

I’m scared, and he knows it.  He haunts me, shadows me
everywhere I go.  I can’t say I don’t like it, but I’m afraid
because no good will come from it.  
Muted, I am.  My audience keeps me muted!

My killer is silent
I can only feel his presence
But I feel my time hasn’t come just yet
His voices whisper to me B-jay don’t fret
He says it’s natural of you to feel this way
But in time you’ll come around, 3 days to the day

I’m cold; I have goose bumps on my body
Mirror Mirror, tell me what you see
It replies, nothing as far as I can see
I only see the future it went on to say
And yours isn’t bright, 3 days to the day

There is a bounty on your head 
And your time is almost here
But 3 days isn’t enough I replied
He said but you’ve had 23yrs
After all this you still can’t get it right
Ahhhh, but 3 days to the day, it’ll be over that night

If that is my fait I’ll accept it
But don’t think, it’ll be over that quick
For I’ve still have 3 days until that night
When that bounty hunter comes
To get what he’s looking for
I shall put up a fight; 
3 days isn't enough time, I need the rest of my life
