Poem
One, two, three, Then a change of scene. Falls were always so calm, The winters comfortable. Summers were warm, But the spring was always a little unstable. The only constant in my life has been change, I've learned to love the unexpected. I didn't mind when my life would rearrange, When all our things would be collected. I found comfort where I needed. I found the people I could trust. I found people that made my home completed, People who helped me adjust. One, two, three, Then a change of scene. The fall became dark. The winters started to freeze over all. This summer burnt on a mark, But the spring was the worst of all. Even the change was changing. I was terrified of the unexpected. My whole mindset was rearranging. My thoughts had no way of being collected. No matter how far I looked, comfort was nowhere to be seen. The person I trusted the most was now untrustworthy. I trusted him, he made me feel unclean, He took my trusting ability. One, two, three, Then a change of scene. The fall was long. The winter was cold and rough. The summer felt wrong, But this time the spring couldn't come soon enough. I needed the change;, I wanted to get away from what i experienced; I was ready for my life to rearrange; I was ready for a place I was inexperienced. Comfort still lacked. No trust for any person. Once I was back-stabbed. My fear would only worsen. One, two, three, Then a change of scene. Falls were starting to calm. The winters no longer uncomfortable. Summers seemed warm, But the spring was starting to become stable. This is the last move as a child, This one will be better than the last. I'm leaving the pain behind, It'll finally be how it was in the past. But for some reason I didn't feel as much comfort, For some reason I couldn't trust. My heart was barricaded, I built a fort. I will always remember the actions unjust. One, two, three, Then a change of scene.
