Hi Becca! As I read through this list, I couldn't help but smile-- or should I say somehow smirk (in a good way I think) for I can relate so well to a bunch of these-- what is that quote I remember reading? Something like: "Experience is the tough teacher-- it gives you the test first before the lesson". Something like that, but oh how true!

Hi Becca! Being Catholic, I probably internalize all of these at some point...the biggest thing I have learned is to shut my mouth..... let things age a bit before I verbally reflect....has helped me..... also....have no worries or regrets.....life is what my buddy above decides.....not me...jimbo

Good job...you have posted a very valuable tool that we should all consider and try to apply in our daily lives. Every one of the lessons you have learned and listed here are guidelines for being a caring and thoughtful human being.

There isn't enough space on here to share all my lessons learned, and I'm sure many more to come. Good blog. Hugs Michael

These are wonderful lessons. Well, I've learned-that just because you know a better way of doing something you shouldn't impose it on others and rob them of the joy of doing it their way.[And you get to learn so much more from observing them.]

Lots of lesson learned, I hope not all the hard way.
