    Well what can one say, arrested is not convicted? there is bail? why wouldn't there be wepons in a gun shop? The federal agaents where tired of chasing crooks when they knew just where to go to fine one?

    Move over Sherlock Holmes. These agents are amazing. I bet they'd find controlled substances if they raided a drug store. They possibly could find a dead body in a cemetery. These same agents were investigating the toilets being stolen from a public school but they discontinued the investigation because they had nothing to go on.

    On the surface it is funny. But the distinction between guns and weapons is exact in it's meaning. Hunting is not illegal Many stores can sell guns but legally can not sell weapons. A weapon is defined differently in many places than is a gun. In south carolina a semi automatic gun (one that you can't just mash the trigger and it will keep firing} is leagal, but a fully automatic is a weapon and is illegal. It's ok for the action to jack another into the chamber, but you must release and press the trigger again for it to fire. If the article had said"illegal weapons" it would be more correct.
