The ads are necessary for revenue; this I understand. Though I am not in agreement with where they are being placed.

The moving and blinking ads are the worst. They drive me up the wall! It's hard to read with them blinking in your face. I understand the need for advertisements... but the blinking and moving ones are horrible! They certainly don't help my epilepsy.

I use Ad Blocker Plus, an extension to Chrome. It will block most of the ads by itself, but you can also manually tweak it for specific pages to get rid of ads (or anything else you don't want to see) in a selected area of the page. Basically it tells the browser to not render that part of the page.

Ps. I wish there were a button on my computer that said "Never show me an ad again." I'll bet the ad companies would sell it too.

Considering what it costs for a membership, I think we deserve a whole lot better than that. It would be nice if premium members were altogether exempt from the over-saturation of ads.

Advertisements INSIDE the poem title field LOL! I checked....when opened, my poems now have 3X3inch ads inside of them, including rapidly flashing ads -- Ha!

I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing this... How sad!!!! We all have to go through this. I did not like seeing the ads, on the inside next to the poet's name. Linda
