Anne Currin's Blog
 I was born and raised in Oregon with my four siblings: two older brothers and a younger brother and sister. I absolutely love Oregon, I will raise a family of my own here someday! I am currently a college student and plan on majoring in communications & journalism with a minor in music. My ultimate passion is singing, but my new found passion is poetry! After taking a poetry class last year at my college, I fell madly in love with this beautiful form of expression- and for me- form of therapy (with having mental illness, poetry is truly a saving grace). Soupers, I want to sincerely thank each and every person who has inspired and supported me. Hugs to all! :)

Hey Soupers:
Congratulations to the winners of my contest! You guys blew me away- I was so stoked that I had a little bit of free time this evening to judge; much love to all who participated! <3
Anyways, I am going to be a slave to college exams for the next few weeks- so, please forgive me for my failure to return comments. I will catch up once Spring Break rolls around!

(PS Richard Lamoureux wrote an AMAZING Battling Addiction poem for my contest- somehow it didn't become an entry... I'm not sure if he forgot to enter it or I just made a booboo, but for the record- it is a winning poem even though it isn't in my winners list, so go congratulate him too! :))
