Just to say Hello to all my PS Family..I've been here for almost 6 months and all I have to say..I really enjoyed your friendship, your nice comments on my poems, your encouragements, your support, your kindness...though I'm not as great as many poets here but I proved to myself that I can write simple poems...and YOU ARE ALL MY INSPIRATIONS!! I have never come across this hate mail thank goodness. A few harsh words now and then but my main concern is how thoughtless words really do affect sensitive people. I have found the blogs getting a bit heavy these last few weeks and not having felt well I even feel affected by everyone.s problems and to be honest I have enough of my own... So glad you are staying and I know you can help lift the mood of the site with your lovely writing and sensitive personality xx

Thanks, Mandy. I'm one of the reasons the blogs were heavy... I don't like that. I can't stand drama... I just have to learn to simmer down before "sharing" next time lol.. And... it wasn't hate mail, really. I wouldn't call it that.... just "mean mail" lol ~ Anyway, thanks for writing... I'm real glad I'm staying too.. I'd miss your blogs too much! You keep things fun here. :D

Hullo, Becca. I don't know wot happened, and it really isn't my business anyway(wot happened!? J/k lol). You seem to be a good, positive person(and genuinely good, not just someone who is good at typing positive responses, etc), so it's great that you decided to stay -- I didn't know you had tried to leave. Funny, I don't even want my long-standing 'enemies' to leave this site(is that normal?). And it appears that Frank helped change your mind, which is also great for me to see(as much as Frank may be misinterpreted by some, he has the tendency to be very supportive of people). Anything else I have to add has probably already been pondered, such as this site being a microcosm of our global village, so personal confrontations can become inevitable. It is a balancing act between growing armour, and not being too thick-skinned....there are already enough jaded, apathetic people, as is.

Each person who puts kindness and respect as a priority,(such as yourself) is much too important to the rest of us,that we feel sad to lose you. I'm so glad you decided to rethink your decision. I'm afraid there will always be those who love to stir the pot, or hurt others, who have egos to fan the fires..but in the end, respect always wins. So hope you hang in here, and not let the quirks of human nature discourage you. And please remember, that your muse is not lost..We all go through periods when we can't find inspiration to write..it doesn't mean it is gone...just taking a rest. Glad you will be here when it returns, Becca. (ps..I have a lovely daughter-in-law with the same name, by the way!)

If someone is bothering you there is a way to block them so they cannot comment on your poems. New beginnings are the best. i need one as well.
