Introducing my Favorite poem of the week. ~ The night is young~ By: Adam Sliwa 
In the night when I can not sleep,
when I dream about dreaming
when even God is sleeping
and the devil is out looking
for lost souls.
I think about silly things,
I think about the baker
who just woke up, his
poor wife, leaving a
warm bed for a warm
oven, the small old
security man counting
every minute regretting
ever being born.
The garbage man
desperately thinking
of how to find a woman.
All these poor men
who are not allowed to
sleep.
I slowly smoke my
cigarette illuminating
the city with every drag.
I dedicate every puff to
all these lost souls.
The night is young
the stars are out dancing
accompanied by the
moon, like an old
wedding orchestra
and their seasoned
company, they know each step,
each rhytm.
And I am alone with my pillow
thinking of all the beautiful women
somewhere, somewhere far away.
In Paris, Buenos Aires, Beijing
New york Addis Ababa and even Beirut.
What are they doing what
are they thinking??'
God is asleep the devil
is out working, my question
is blowing in the wind..
I dream a little dream of them
and hope they dream a little
dream of me.
Because in lala land
everything is possible.

Hola Soup Poets,
I been thinking lately how buying a PM for others is and has been a wonderful thing..
Well here I am again......
My Premium Membership is up for grabs......
I do not need it or want my PM any longer,
My Premium Membership Expires:Sunday, May 19, 2013.
This gives you 7 months of running contest and having fun blogs...
In any which way you like.
All I ask, is who ever sends me a notice through my soup-mail....
and gives me a good reason, why he or she would fully enjoy the gift...
I will pass it on to this poet...
The only rule is, ~ The first poets who strikes my interest will get the golden egg.......
with good reason, of course....
This place has been the best, to me...
Now it's time tooooo... stop.....

Update- Thank you soup-poets, family, and friends for the soup-mails last night. However the idea was not intended for you to refer other poets whom you think or want to see run my P.~Membership. (SORRY) I did review the five poets who you mentioned. Some are not even active, only on randomly basis. One already has a PM’. So ~, I decided and moved on to another poet, whom I think will do well. Suzette Crous , thank you for the warmth in thoughts. Enjoy the PM…. Always with loving, SPIRIT “The Poet Destroyer”
