Re-write One of my Poems Contest

This contest is just for FUN! I promise you all, I will not in any way do any editing to my poetry, it will always remain the same. This is purely for Fun! Choose one of my poems which may be a bit 'suffering' and re-write it, your way. The title of the poem, and the overall theme must remain the same. You may NOT use any of the Birthday poems I've written. Anything else is fair game. I am sure this contest is going to be a BLAST, at least for me!

I have posted a "Re-Write Example" for those who need a bit of clarification as to what I am looking for. In my re-write of Nalanti's poem, I have tried to say everything that she said, point for point, then embellished it, and said it my way. But I did not change the message of the poem. That, is what I am looking for in your re-writes. Fun! fun! Hope it helps! hugs, catie :)
