Write for yourself. I do. Read with pleazure what you write. I do.
Do not write to please others. I don't.
Do not write to turn your precious words into money. I don't.
Be pleased when others smile at your writings. I am.
Be not displeased when others frown at your writings. I'm not.
You then will always enjoy writing.
Always enjoy reading.
And after all is said and done.... the pleazures of the words which
are the treazures of your mind.... will be the riches you truly seek.
And thus enrich your life tangibly.
