I woke up all excited and started a poem. I got four lines in and realized it seemed very familiar. Maybe I read it twenty years ago?
It is about Grandma's teeth as a metaphor.

My version upon awakening:

Grandma’s teeth?
Straight, white, feminine
Unfit for the modern bit
Alone since the war
In a jar

Anyone know who wrote the original? And how I could read it?
