1 new poem on any theme using these three forms:
In this exact order (the couplet and 2nd stanza do not have to share same rhyme scheme, my letters below are used as a guide)
1. One couplet : A-A
2. One stanza with rhyme scheme: A-B-B-A-A-B
3. One sedoka: syllable count: 5-7-7-5-7-7 (no rhyme scheme)
My example:
I’ve seen Autumn’s beauty, dear mother nature has given birth-
Such magnificence brought to the splendor of the earth.
Have you seen the elegance of the sunsets view?
Such grace it brings when setting in the western skies.
I hear the humming of a seasoned leaf as it delicately flies.
The pastures bring delight with all the different hues,
as the roses fade away and replaced with cool crisp dew-
I awake in the morning with such astounding surprise.
green lawns turn golden
blades sweep on the crimson ground-
blazed embers release comfort
moonlit soft cool breeze
craving the sweet scent of warmth-
autumnal days bring fresh life
