They pop up everywhere - dandelion with its large leaf rosettes, yellow flowers and round seeds that kids like to blow outwards, but gardeners do not like at all ... but a sure sign of spring.


Flowers Drink dandelion - recipe

Ingredients
3 liters of dandelion flowers, preferably without the green
4 liters of water, 3 lemons, sliced, 1.75 kg sugar

Preparation
The water boiled with flowers. Let it soak in cool place for 12 hours. Add the sugar and lemon slices. Stir in the juice once in a while. Let it sit covered in a cool place for 2-3 weeks. Remove any foam. Sift and pour over the clean bottles. Keep cool or freeze. Can be diluted with water or sparkling water.
