THE IT FELT SO WRONG, IT FELT SO RIGHT KISS

Written by: Cyndi MacMillan

Doll, I’ve always played it straight, never veered,

But your feminine ways make me see curves,

Your laughter is wild and those eyes have seered

both heartbeat and bone. I adore your verve

and how our perfume enflames fantasy.

Outrageous, outmatched, I’m out of my mind,

But soft lips have steered my curiosity,

Their unknown sweetness seems one of a kind.

I surprise myself, lean closer to you,

Settle my strange mouth on familiar sighs,

Unrushed, unbalanced, a moment undue

that falls then once again flutters and flies.

We explore depths as the darkness implores,

Surrendering less, but wanting much more.

*For PD'S Kissing Game Contest and inspired by Katy Perry's I Kissed a Girl and I Liked It.

**Rumour control, I am not thinking of changing teams. I just think they know how to play the game just as well, if not better.

Down boys. ;-)
