White Page
Staring at the blinding void
Words abscond the page
A requiem for artistry
A blank thematic stage
Ordered letters trickle down
Grown in shapeless haze
Jumbled verses laughing back
That form a static maze
Lines of wisdom break the mess
Something special strums
In rhymes of pretty metaphors
Together they become
Tunes begin to form in time
Rhythm types in key
Caressing streams of lyric light
With ambiguity
Instruments of language lay
Alliteration bare
Masked in music’s melody
Composed with cadenced care
Echoes fill the busy hall
The symphony ignites
Embracing dreams of poesy
A page, no longer white
