February 28th

i've gotta jot this down
a thought to look around
throw my book to the ground
as my dreams give way to sound
but its silence now
im not as afraid of the void
not not but not as and not as took a lot
it takes a second to break it down
and find the path to follow my thoughts
but its easy and cheesy to rap inaccessible
its a whole other level to make'em wanna raise the decibels
nm, you know i'd hate to be known as technicall
nm, you know i'd love to know a centerfolld
is this destiny or fate its just probably some dumb luck
existence is like a foot of snow with no tread and the tires stuck
fu-k, its too real, February in a Tiburon
I need the money to travel but my autotrader account won't log on
and my conscience and my credit and my clothes are all wrong
and the voice inside my head just tells me to try the chrome add on
(its no help)
and ya'll just extensions of my mind
and as i write this i recline
and to my right's a drive thru line
all my friends are probably high
i sense their paths becoming mine
so the hunger multiples
and cause the past come to mind

its clockwork the way i rhyme
i reminisce to pass the time
only kanye makes music like hes gonna die
man, this year we prime

and this reality seems to me a fever dream or fantasy
my delusions within reach because i think it thoroughly
dex trips and lsd me wavy like a fleur de lis
im cold don't you see i got my flurries to a tee

and this is all true too
the odyssey, do you
get it then i come through
you get it when its still new
run it like its new shoes
runnin right through you
hood crews wit a bluetooth in some fubu
ooh ooh
